Structure and Process
The Effort-Less Advisor Coaching Program
is structured as follows:

a 12-step process complete with software templates)

Quarterly Workshops:
One of the most powerful components of this program is the interactive
quarterly meetings. Each meeting includes feedback from advisors
as they implement the processes, presentation of specific business
development processes, and brainstorming to determine how to
apply the ideas in each advisors' business. Advisors leave each
meeting with an action plan of items to implement over the next
90 days.
Quarterly meetings are held in Orange County, California unless
other arrangements are made (additional charges may apply).
Many companies "piggy back" their own in-house trainings
around our quarterly meetings if they do a special group program
specifically for their organization.
Group Coaching Calls:
This program provides two group coaching calls per month. Each
has a slightly different format to accommodate the specific
needs of participants. These calls are done in groups. We have
found that the group dynamic accelerates the learning process
because advisors are able to learn from others.
- Focused Coaching Calls: Once a
month advisors will participate in a focused group call--which
takes advisors step-by-step through optimizing operations,
administration, marketing and management--enabling them to
build efficient, effective businesses that dominate their
niches.
- Opportunities and Challenges Calls: In addition to
focused coaching calls, advisors will participate in an "Opportunities
and Challenges" coaching call. During this call they
can discuss opportunities and challenges that come up during
the month. They have an opportunity to ask Steve Moeller,
Laura Rubinstein and their peers about specific business issues.
This open forum ensures that advisors get their specific needs
met on an ongoing basis.
Coaching Partners:
Each participant will work with a partner to keep them on track
and motivated. These partners will coach each other throughout
the program.
